This release focuses on improving how care teams manage contacts, increasing the accuracy of alerts in real-world environments, and making health data more accessible and actionable. We’ve also made several reliability improvements to strengthen communication workflows and overall platform performance.
🌟 New Capabilities
More control over contact management
We’ve introduced new tools to help care teams better manage who is involved in monitoring and communication. Contacts can now be marked as active or inactive, ensuring alerts are only sent to the right individuals. Additionally, when a Member is deactivated, teams have the option to automatically update associated family contacts, keeping contact lists clean and up to date.
Daily Check-In (Coming Soon)
A new Daily Check-In capability allows Members to share their status each day, helping care teams monitor well-being more proactively. This feature is currently in final testing and will be rolling out soon.
🚨 Alert & Monitoring Improvements
Improved monitoring for shared living environments
We’ve enhanced how the system handles homes with multiple occupants. These updates improve how activity is interpreted and help ensure alerts remain accurate, even when more than one person is present in the home.
More flexible alert escalation settings
Care teams can now configure escalation timing for Out-of-Home alerts directly from the platform, allowing for more tailored alert workflows based on individual needs.
📊 Data & Reporting Improvements
Improved Blood Pressure graph downloads
Downloaded blood pressure reports from the Daily Activity Page now include clearer formatting, timestamps, and more user-friendly file names—making it easier to review and share health data.
More consistent and structured data across the platform
We’ve introduced improvements to how key data (such as Members, Users, and Organizations) is structured and identified, helping support better reporting and integrations.
✨ Platform Improvements
Cleaner and more consistent contact information
Contact relationship types have been standardized (e.g., Family, Friend, Neighbor, Private Caregiver), making it easier to organize and understand care networks.
Improved usability across key workflows
Updates such as clearer required fields, improved terminology, and easier access to important resources (like Terms & Conditions) help streamline everyday platform use.
🛠 Stability & Reliability Updates
This release also includes several important fixes to improve system reliability and data accuracy, including:
- More reliable SMS alert resolution workflows
- Improved accuracy of activity and vitals data
- Fixes to alert resolution details and reporting
- UI consistency improvements across key pages
These updates help ensure alerts are handled correctly and that care teams can trust the data they rely on.
