Why am I seeing brackets of negative hours in Active Hours on the Overview Page?

The Active Hours is calculated by subtracting 24 hours from the Resting hours.
We use brackets to indicate negative values in the Activity Column. So, if you see [2:04] in the Active Hours column, that means Resting Hours has accumulated more than 24 hours.
This could be because the bed and chair were occupied at the same time.
We recommend checking the bed and chair sensors in this case to ensure they are working as expected.
