This article explains how to change the measurement unit on the TelliHealth BP01 Blood Pressure Monitor to mmHg.
Steps to Change the Unit to mmHg
Make sure the device is turned OFF
Do not start a blood pressure measurement.
Press and hold the SET button
Hold it for 3–5 seconds until the settings screen appears.
Navigate to the unit setting
Press the SET button repeatedly until the unit option appears
(you may see mmHg or kPa).
Change the unit
Use the MEM or START/STOP button to toggle the unit to mmHg.
Confirm and exit
Press the SET button again to save the setting and exit.
If You Do Not See a Unit Option
Some BP01 devices are factory-locked to mmHg and do not allow unit changes.
If your device is displaying kPa and the unit option is not visible:
Remove the batteries
Wait 1–2 minutes
Reinsert the batteries and power on the device
This may reset the unit back to mmHg.
How to Confirm the Unit Change
Start a test measurement.
Check the display for mmHg next to the reading
(example: 120 / 80 mmHg).
