Alert Management & Monitoring

Vitals Not Received Alert Update
The previous “Vitals Alert Check” has been renamed for better clarity. It now appears under the Health Alerts tab, with refreshed help text that explains how the alert works and when it triggers.

Improved Alert Descriptions
We refined the presentation and details within the Alert Descriptions module to deliver clearer, more consistent explanations of how each alert functions. This includes improved values, formatting, and category alignment for senior living environments.

Updated RPM Monitoring Messages
The “data unavailable” message now uses clearer language to help care teams understand next steps.

Clearer Oxygen Saturation Alert Visibility
The alert icon now displays properly on Daily Activity and Alert History pages.

Pulse Oximeter Alert Image Display Fix
Pulse Ox alert images now appear correctly across all monitoring dashboards.

Sleep Hour Display Correction
A fix ensures that sleep totals never exceed 24 hours on the Overview page; overflow hours now correctly roll into the prior day.

Nighttime-Only Summary Reports
New overnight alert summaries offer clearer visibility into nighttime activity and safety trends.


Member Onboarding & Profile Improvements

RPM Consent Process (New Requirement)
All new members are now asked to review and submit consent during onboarding. Existing members can complete consent through their profile.

Automated reminders are sent to members who haven’t completed the form.

Members receive confirmation by email and text after successfully submitting consent.

Onboarding Email Enhancements for Families
The welcome email sent to family contacts now includes clearer Alexa installation steps and instructions for how to use Zemplee’s Alexa features.

Shipping Address Added to Member Setup
Member creation now includes a shipping address field to support accurate device delivery and tracking.

Kit Elements Section Added
A new section captures which devices and accessories are included in each member’s Zemplee setup, ensuring more complete and accurate onboarding.

Role & Relationship Improvements
To improve data quality, outdated role options were removed from user and contact forms, and clinical roles (e.g., Nurse Practitioner) were updated to reflect current definitions.


Alexa Workflows & Communication Suite

Alexas Default Address Handling Updated
Address settings for Alexa-related APIs now default to country-level location when none is specified, improving reliability for device syncing.

Improved Alexa Fallback Guidance
When Alexa doesn’t understand a request, members now receive clearer suggestions — such as contacting their care team or asking for help — creating a more supportive and intuitive experience.

Updated Messaging for Request-to-Call Flows
Success and instruction messages have been refined for consistency and clarity, helping members understand what will happen after they request a call.

Infrastructure Improvements for Alexa Announcements
Backend enhancements now ensure more reliable delivery of proactive announcements across devices.


Health Summary & Visual Improvements

Updated Graph Colors
Each graph in the Health Summary now displays in a distinct color for easier visual differentiation.

Mobile Loading Fix
The Health Summary page now loads reliably across mobile browsers.

Hybrid Calculations Corrected
Active and resting hour calculations changes for members in the hybrid setup (Activity + Vitals)


Profile & Interface Enhancements

Door Activity Settings Reorganized
Door Activity settings now appear in two clearly labeled sections — Elopement and Door Activity — making configuration simpler and more transparent.

Improved Text Toggle Behavior
The profile icon text toggle now automatically re-enables itself based on user interaction, improving overall usability.

Enhanced Welcome Message for Zemplee Health
The welcome screen now highlights key features more clearly for new users.

Device Association Backfill Completed
Resolved an issue where sensors would not appear on the DAP Dashboard unless the page was refreshed..


Fixes & Stability Improvements

Multiselect dropdowns now properly repeat the last-name search category across all options.

Sensor lists now appear correctly on the DAP Dashboard without requiring a page refresh.

Room numbers now correctly display in alert-related SMS messages.

Loading reliability and formatting improvements were made across several pages to create a smoother experience.
