Each member must be associated with the correct Zemplee devices. This is done in the Devices tab.
Usually, these functions are completed by Zemplee Support or a designated Installer.
Common Devices to Add:
Motion sensors
Bed and chair occupancy mats
Door sensors
Health Monitoring equipment (BPM, scale, thermometer, etc.)
To Link Devices:
Navigate to the Devices tab.
Select or search for the sensor serial number.
Assign each device to the appropriate room or function (e.g., Bed Sensor → Bedroom).
🔗 Why It’s Important: Without linking devices, data won’t show up in the member’s dashboard—and alerts won’t trigger properly.
