Scenario: You want to notify nurses working 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM for a selection of alerts.
Setup:
Profile Name: Shift 1 – Daytime
Role: Nurse
Users: Nurse A, Nurse B
Channel: Text (4 alert types) and In-App (all alert types)
Alerts: Turn on Activity and Health Alerts. Select the Text checkboxes only for Abnormal HR, Abnormal BP, No Motion, and Fall.
Time: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM → set the time period for both Activity and Health alerts.
Purpose: Ensures all assigned caregivers are notified only during their shift and not after hours.
