Overview
The TelliHealth BP01 Blood Pressure Monitor is an automatic, upper-arm blood pressure monitor designed for easy at-home use. It provides accurate systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings and is commonly used for remote patient monitoring and routine vital checks.
The device features a clear digital display, one-touch operation, and stores previous readings for reference. Measurements are displayed in mmHg.

Quick Start Guide
Follow these steps to take a blood pressure reading using the TelliHealth BP01.
1. Prepare for Measurement
Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
Rest for at least 5 minutes before measuring.
Avoid talking or moving during the measurement.
2. Apply the Cuff
Place the cuff on your upper arm, about 1–2 cm above the elbow.
Ensure the cuff is snug but not tight.
Keep the cuff at heart level.
3. Start the Measurement
Press the START/STOP button once.
The cuff will automatically inflate and begin measuring.
4. View the Results
Once complete, the screen will display:
Systolic pressure
Diastolic pressure
Pulse rate
Readings are shown in mmHg.
5. Finish
The device will automatically deflate and turn off after a short time.
Results may be saved automatically in the device memory.
Helpful Tips
Measure at the same time each day for consistent results.
Avoid caffeine, exercise, or smoking 30 minutes before measurement.
If a reading seems unusual, wait a few minutes and measure again.
