ZACS: Two Ways to Stay Connected
To provide the most reliable experience, Zemplee supports two specific ways for your loved one to reach you.
1. Message (Reach a Mobile Phone)
The Command: "Alexa, MESSAGE my [Relation]"
How it works: Alexa calls a phone number directly from 661-347-2791.
- The call is not live. The call consists of a voice message stating the name of the Member, the organization they're managed under, and says that the Member is wanting a call or reach out.
Why use it: It bypasses spam filters and doesn't require any apps to be open.
Action: Save 661-347-2791 as "Zemplee Alerts" in your contacts today.
2. Call (Recommended for Device-to-Device)
The Command: "Alexa, CALL [Name]"
How it works: A high-quality audio or video call between two Alexa devices.
Why use it: Best for "live" face-to-face check-ins when both parties are home.
Both ways require a Member's Care Team to be updated in the Zemplee Portal.
