Learn more about the Daily Check-In

Enable the Daily Check-In by following the steps below:

 

 

What Happens Next

Once Daily Check-In is enabled:

  • The Member will begin receiving prompts on their Alexa device during the selected time window
  • Reminders will repeat hourly until the check-in is completed
  • Responses will be recorded and available in the Daily Check-In Report
  • If the Member indicates something is wrong, a Call Request Alert will be generated
