Welcome to the Sprint 14 Release Notes. This release delivers enhancements focused on improving member monitoring, reporting accuracy, dashboard usability, and operational efficiency. Key additions include RPM Compliance monitoring, enhanced reporting, Member Kit ID management, and expanded activity monitoring. Several stability improvements have also been implemented to improve data accuracy, alert handling, and overall platform reliability.
🌟 New Capabilities
Kit ID
We are introducing a new way to identify kits with the introduction of Kit ID. The Kit ID is a step towards further streamlining device and information security needs, simplifying installations and also to enable DIY installations - especially as we gear up to launch our mobile app.
Renamed Alerts to Observations
As part of our ongoing efforts to continuously improve the Zemplee platform and overall user experience, we 've made a small but important terminology update based on customer feedback, user research and healthcare industry best practices. We have renamed the “Alerts” section in the main(left) navigation to “Observations”.
Professional Care Team Roles
Not new - but we brought back the sub-categories and enhanced them to include 20+ Professional relationships ( for ex: Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapist, Case Worker and more) to accurately represent the roles and functions of different care team members per industry accepted norms and practices. With this function, care teams can now capture and record contact information for a variety of care team roles and access them when a need to contact them arises.
RPM Report Renamed
Updated RPM Report terminology to Health Report for improved clarity and consistency.
SensorSAFE Terminology Update
Updated alert terminology from System SensorSAFE to Zemplee Agent to maintain consistent platform language.
Unit ID Reporting
We enhanced reporting so that Room numbers(Unit IDs) are included in Alert Summary and Health Summary reports. This should give the additional flexibility to group and filter alerts or other metrics by room numbers.
🚨 Alert & Monitoring Improvements
Out of Home Alert Generation
Fixed an issue where Motion Alerts were generated instead of Out of Home alerts under certain conditions.
Activity Graph Midnight Markers
Fixed inconsistent midnight markers on Activity Graphs that caused confusion when interpreting activity patterns.
Bed Mat Visualization
Fixed an issue where Bed Mat indicators disappeared shortly after loading on the Daily Activity Page.
📊 Data & Reporting Improvements
Shared Sensor Data Visibility in dual occupancy settings
Fixed an issue where shared sensor activity data appeared only for primary members within Health Summary reporting.
More consistent and structured data across the platform
We’ve addressed a number of data issues in an effort to improve data quality and consistency across different sections of the web application.
✨ Platform Improvements
Improved usability across key workflows
Updates such as clearer required fields, improved terminology, and easier access to important resources (like Terms & Conditions) help streamline everyday platform use.
🛠 Stability & Reliability Updates
This release also includes several important fixes to improve system reliability and data accuracy, including:
- Sensor and Hub Status Messaging
- Terminology Standardization
- Customer email improvements
- Platform performance improvements
